This is happening only on mobile, please check with mobile and you will see that blue background on the right side when you scrool the page, it’s working normal on homepage, but on posts it looks very ugly when you accidentally move from right to left. Thanks for the update, but that is not working on my site. I can add background image but can’t link it. It simple not working. I installed theme on my test site here: https://flex202.com/2017/05/04/health-star-ratings-kellogg-reveals-the-cereal/ added background image and linked it in settings, but it’s working. What could be the problem?

The problem was with xmlrpc attack, not the Newspaper theme. I’m happy that it’s not theme related, because i like this theme very much 🙂

I have server with 2x Intel Xeon E5 2620 v3, 128 GB DDR4 RAM, 3×500 GB SSD HARDWARE RAID 5. It’s a cPanel server with Cloudlinux and Memcached installed. This server should be able to handle at least 5000 users online at the same time… I also had this problem on 2 other server that i tried last 5 days, so this is not the server related problem.

Most of the time i have more than 1000 user online and it’s working without any problems, average server load is 1.5. But sometimes i have problems when i have only 200 user online, server load goes to high and my website goes offline.

What could be causing this problem?

On Hosting requirements page it says:

Dedicated server
Should handle 6000+ unique users per day

Well, dedicated server will handle min. 100k unique users per day. I used that theme on VPS with 4 core and 8 GB ram and i had 1000 users online at the same time (Google Analytic)

Btw i moved my website to another server and it works perfect again.

Thank you on your answer. It would be great if you implement mobile sidebar in some future update, so we can show related posts, posts from other categories, sidebar ads etc on that mobile theme, because now it looks very “poor”, there is only post, no related posts at the end, no other posts from other categories, newest posts and so on… Is’s very fast now, but i think it will be even better if you implement mobile sidebar later.

I think that the original text isn’t smaller than this.Anyway i have the same problem with original text.In one browser it’s OK, in another isn’t.
