Hi Bogdan, I already used the background color selection – that is what I meant by “I set the color and saved changes in the td composer css area” What I want to know is why it doens’t work.

Thanks

Ok, so just to be clear – I should use the custom css, html, java, etc.. in the Theme Panal and avoid making modifications to the code anywhere else?

Thanks

I’m not sure what you are saying – Do you mean the updates don’t wipe out changes?

I have backed up the site using updraft plus, and have not lost any changes that are there now – you say that for the “next update…..all of these will be overwritten by theme code” Why is the next update different?

And if I back up by FTP, and changes get wiped out, and I revert to the back-up version, won’t I loose the updates?

Not comfortable playing around with the backend – Is there an easier way?
When is the next update coming out?

Thanks Simon,

That worked beautifully for the icon, how about the bar? The icons only show that way on the homepage, if you go to any post page, it’s a solid blue bar for Instagram, and it would be nice to have that bar be orange/pink as well.

Thanks,
Michelle

Thanks Chris, I’ll look into these.

a) It’s not this because I have uploaded new images without optimizing them and they still show blurry in thumbs
b) I don’t have any plugins of that sort

will check the other three….

The Related Articles thumbnails and the Thumbnails on the drop down header menu are also blurry.

Maybe you can’t access the links because it is a staging site.

Since you can access the homepage you can see that certain modules have blurry thumbnails and other modules display very crisp and clear thumbnails. You don’t necessarily have to go to the post page, you can take my word that they are showing great quality on the post pages.

This is a problem with your thumbs on certain modules – I’m not sure if it’s the ratio you use or what…but it is a problem with the theme since I am clearly not the only one with this issue, and I have contacted other forum users asking if they have resolved it and they can’t. Some say that that the blurry thumbs are only an issue on some browsers or some devices – so perhaps you at Envato can check out where the problem is and correct it.
A theme with this many users should look good across the board.

@Page52 – did your blurry thumbnail issue get solved? What was the problem? I am having the same issue.

Thanks
