– Optimize CSS Delivery. This is regarding Newspaper. I don’t know how to do it (/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/style.css?ver=7.3)

– Minify CSS. This is regarding Newspaper. I don’t know how to do ir (/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/style.css?ver=7.3)

Should I do anything?

I have added some custom CSS for the header, footer and mobile logo:
.td-header-style-9 .td-header-sp-logo img { width:35%; height:auto; }
.footer-logo-wrap img { width:35%; height:auto; }

The problem is that when I refresh or change between sections, logo loads in its original size and then resizes.

How can I avoid showing the logo until the custom code is applied?
