Hi Tagdiv:

After we upgrade the theme to lastest version, Which shows as follows error message, And we are unable to log in WordPress backend ..
I also try to replace the latest version of the td-social-counter plugin .. which also does not work ..

Hi,

Please try to do a clean install of the theme. Download the latest theme version form Envato and follow this guide to install it via ftp – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then deactivate and delete the old version of Visual composer and social counter, and install the new ones from the theme package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Then configure the social counter again and it should work properly for you.
If you still have problems, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look.
You can activate the theme on a sub-domain for testing purposes and then activate in on the live site. You can use the reset key option available in the theme system status.
