It would help if you posted the problem here in order to save your customers half a day trying to figure out why this element is directing back to the home page. Just an idea..

Don’t worry. We got it and it didn’t take half a day, just a couple of hours…

They posted 3 weeks ago that there had been a change and that they were working on it. I have inquired about it but it does not seen to be a priority for them
