I tried to delete website cache.
For details, if you want I can create you an administrator account, so you can see the situation from the inside.
I’m sorry for this disorder, but we are worried, because we can’t solve the problem.

1. backup database
2. backup whole site via ftp
3. backup theme settings on export page (i know and i use it)

right?

I have uploaded the plugin, i think the past version doesn’t have this option

alternatively, can i increase the resolution of the body?

I have two other urgent questions:

1) I have a huge problem with the image optimization (http://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fgooglexperience.com&tab=desktop). Can you suggest me some solution?

2) in reference to this page https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-featured-video/, i don’t have the “featured video post box” in my panel.

this theme will have full width?
i have bought it yesterday, if possible i convert with newspaper if have full width..
