Hello Bettina, the problem is that the code is not working anymore in the plain text and block quotes.

I have used only code code and not seperate for plain text links and blockquotes.

I have only used one code previously that I sent to you that is working perfectly for each hyperlink in the post.

Plz confirm did you inspect the element in the post link that I provided to you?

I you don’t then please inspect this post in console and then tried putting the code to see the result

I have used the blockquote for adding it. But, I also use in plain text. But, neither is working.

Please check at this picture . . .

https://ibb.co/Dbssfr4

I mean to say neither any hyperlink in the post changes by the CSS code you provided earlier.

I want to use this effect on each hyperlink in the post, including body text and blockquotes.
I am also sending you the link of the article, so you can easily inspect the article elements at your end.

I was previously using this code to green color text and line on hover. This code is applying currently.

.td-post-content p span a span {
color: #2d756e !important;
font-size: 18px;
}
.td-post-content p span a {
color: #2d756e !important;
font-size: 18px;
}

.td-post-content li span a,
.td-post-content li a span,
.td-post-content a {
color: #2d756e !important;
font-size: 18px;
}

Please feel free for ask any queries.

Hi Bettina,

We have carefully followed all your guidelines and pasted the new code. But, this code also seems not working and the same result repeats again as simple plain text with hover underline.

Please take a look at the picture . . .

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

We have removed the previous CSS code and added the new one provided by you in the customization Live CSS, but it doesn’t reflect any changes.

It shows only plain black text with hover underline and no transition effect.

Please look at this picture:

Thanks

I don’t apply any effect with the plugin. These are the native tagdiv menu hovering effect.

I have disabled the cloud footer 2 days back and now the same default footer is used. But, after using the default footer the same problem is repeating again.

Now check and provide me the workable solution.

The Problem we are facing is that whenever we open the website in chrome browser, then homepage opens well, but as soon as we try to open other pages, posts or products, then the text of the menu, elements and body somewhat cropped or shrinked.

Please check the video for further clarification.

https://www.screencast.com/t/9avv6tFfCa

Please take a close look at the browsing of homepage and other pages. The text and hovering items open fine in homepage only, but somewhat cropped whenever we opened the new page, post or product, including the text of the main menu and its hovering.

Your Representative first said that this might happen due to the reason that stretched row is off, but we now disable the cloud footer and the posts and other pages are now opens in the same box format.

But, after enabling the cloud footer, the issue persists, as it was before.

Please browse the homepage and other pages at yourself in chrome browser to see the problem of text srinkage or wrapping up.

Please feel free to ask for further questions, if you still have any doubts regarding the problem.

Hi, for inspection, we have disabled the cloud footer and used the native default footer. But, after enabling the default footer, the same issue persists as before.

Please check the picture below:

https://ibb.co/VN93yTZ

We have currently used the default footer. You can yourself check the result of homepage and other pages. The issue persist in all other pages, products and posts.

It seems that footer has nothing to do with this issue. Please check and provide us the workable solution.

Hi, thanks for the response. One more thing, we want to clarify. Earlier, we were using the default footer for our website. But after getting the months long instagram footer issue, we switch to cloud footer template.

We have noticed earlier that in default template, the instagram footer only stretched in the home page, but goes to box width automatically in posts.

However, this cloud footer template is only showing stretched in homepages and posts as well. Please suggest us, how we can only used the stretched version of Instagram for homepage only and boxed for the posts?

Yes, We are glad too 😉

Plz disregard this query. We have to manage this issue on our own.

Thanks

Hi, as per your guidelines, we have merged the cloud template for footer to show the instagram footer.

Now, we are facing issue that the logo we have used in footer is not auto-resizing in different devices and it stays in one size, whether we look it in desktop, tablet or smartphone.

Please take a look at the pic:

Plz provide us the workable solution to sort this thing out….

Thanks

We want to display the Instagram pictures with standard footer. There are many websites that are displaying Instagram with standard footer.

This is not the solution to just change standard footer with cloud one.

About 5 new theme updates have been rolled out since the start of this issue and the issue still stay where it was before, desipte being multiple assurances by TD Support guys.

It’s very unfortunate as one of your colleague told us that this issue would be resolve in the next update, which has been passed now, but the issue stays where it was before.

Using cloud template is not an option for us. We want to stick with the same footer format.

Our client has refused to change the current footer with the cloud templates. We want to use the previous option of instagram footer from the theme panel like we did before.

Now, how many chances are there that this option would be resolve in the next theme update?

Hi, we haven’t used the footer from the cloud library. We made it from scratch and we didn’t want to use the cloud footer.

We have enable the instagram footer via the theme panel and want to retain these settings in future as well.

Hi, sorry for late reply.

We have adopted the changes, but as we try to edit the instagram and footer, it shows this type of footer is not editable with tagdiv composer. Please use the cloud templates.

Please check this pic:

https://ibb.co/r3wgKtf

Moreover, we have already confirmed that as we try to insert the instagram element in the page, then it instantly appears the pictures.

Please take a look at this pic. . .

Now, this is all that we could update to you.

Hi,

We have logout the instagram and facebook and reconnect after clearing the cache.

Result is as usual. No images in instagram footer.

Ok. Will adopt the above procedure again and let you know….

My client has refused sharing the credentials and I cannot do anything in this regard.

Thanks for your understanding…

It’s pathetic to know that how well you cover your lies that you told to your customers. You have wasted our 2.5+ months for sorting out this issue and it seems that you guys wouldn’t bother to solve this issue for the next 2.5 years or so.

STOP PLAYING THESE JOKES WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

Hi, TagDiv our Developers has updated the much awaited version of Newspaper theme with high hopes that, according to your reps, the new update will fix our instagram issue, but have to say with disappointment, that after updating the theme to the latest version, the problem of Instagram stays wherever it was before?

Now, will you guys would say that wait for another update of the theme?

How long will you guys play this annoying game with your clients??????
