I think you’re right! I’ll keep an eye on that :)!
Hi, support solved my problem. The problem was : both columns 1 (left) and 2 (right) were set as sticky
Ok, thank you 🙂
Ok, where Can I contact the support ? I’ve many licenses but I don’t see the support form, only forums links in the header
Right, so there’s no longer any support provided by the Tagdiv team for people who have bought 6 licenses?
afratus -> I just use columns in the composer and place TOC on the left column and make this column sticky.
Hi Bettina, any update 🙂 ?
Ok thank you 🙂
No, even when the page is loaded, it still does that.
Hi Anamaria,
Of course I had the console open when I clicked “Save” and no error message appeared!
Can you help me?
Thanks
Hi Anamaria, I don’t get 403 or 404 errors on the console when I edit my page. I asked my web host, but I have little hope that this is it.

Hi, problem solved!
I disabled all plugins (except Tagdiv plugins) because support thought it was a conflict with a plugin. It wasn’t, but when I tried to open the WP Editor again with few plugins I could see what the error was in the Chrome console. So it was an access problem (error 403). This put me on the track of the problem!
On Cloudways, you have several security options, including one that disables access to PHP files and their execution. So you have to allow this (I put a screenshot): http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2021/29/3/1626852888-capture-d-ecran-2021-07-21-a-09-34-38.jpg
