Mediax, I completely agree.

The theme is working great and for years I was leaving them advice to focus on mobile versions but they just keep focusing on desktop versions.

While I am a very satisfied customer, I do not approve of messing with my website without my explicit approval. This is mine and there is no right for them to decide if should I watch, every day, all day, their massive ads.

Unfortunately, I can not give you any admin access since I do not trust anyone for this kind of access.

What you can do, is give me instructions on where to remove the code.

I asked you nicely how to remove your unwanted and without permission ad. You did not answer me at all, but you wrote that someone said it’s good. I don’t find it acceptable to give me someone’s personal opinion and escape to answer my question.

You do not have the right to interfere with every page of my website.

So, how to remove this unwanted, advert?

Hi Anamaria,

I saw that you have replied to many posts regarding this issue.

Sometimes you told us, that this is isolated issue, to that this will be fixed in the next update.

Update has been rolled out and the problem still exists.

When will this problem be really fixed? Since we all have the same problem and it’s not an isolated issue.

I have the same problem with images. I have spent more than 10 hours finding out what could be the problem.

I checked cloudflare settings, deleting Cloudflare and getting back on the service, deactivating mobile theme, cache plugin but the problem persists since the last update.

Now I know that this is a bigger issue and that I am not alone!

I have found solution. I’ve been using child theme. That was causing the issue.

Can you be more specific about word “places”?

If you mean on web address, than it’s not available to post it public. Any other way?
