I’d like to know how serious the tread is. Is it still save to use the newspaper theme?

Same here (www.lochemsnieuws.nl). Can’t even access wp-admin.

Re-activation is working for a few minutes. Than the site goes down again, showing only the page with the license issue.

I use WP-Bakery. After updating the frontpage of my site shows a lot of code. Looks like this:

It simply does not work. I get an error message saying: style.css is missing.

I still would like a answer from Tagdiv to my original question in this thread.

i’m sory Bogdan, but it seems that you don’t get the point i try to make:

In the actual full package download there is NO map called ‘Newspaper-tf’ and NO file called ‘js_composer.zip’ as mentioned in https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

If you can provide a location where i can download the single zip-file i will be perfectly happy.

I think i did not make myself clear. The problem is that the path ‘Newspaper-tf/plugins/js_composer.zip’ is not contained in the main theme package that i can download at Envato.

I still can not update Visual Composer. When following the instructions on your site i only find a js_composer.zip file from 2016. It does install the same version of Viual Composer that i have now (version 4.11).

The plugin keeps telling me that i have update to version 5.01.

I tried to download the Newspaper installation files from Themeforest but there no folder named Newspaper-tf and no js_composer.zip file.

Where do i go wrong?

It turned out that the plugin WP-Statistics was causing the problem. A rollback to earlier versions did not solve it. So goodbye WP-Statistics for me.

Problem still persists. I can not even remove manually added ID from the grid. Site shows old news. The ‘save changes’ button is not working in all grids and on all devices. I need help as quick as possible.

I’m confused… Allow me a simple question:
Can Visual Composer and the new TD Composer exist together or not?

I did read a the guide in the sticky post on this forum and it says that i have to rebuild all my existing pages. I thought: you got to be kidding me! I have no time to rebuild all pages and i don’t want my pages, my links, my seo to change. I’m a conservative guy… well when it comes to my site lay-out that is.
