Hi Bettina,

As you mentioned, I have reset all the permissions and even raised a support ticket to cloudways server to reset everything. However, the WP editor for your theme is still not loading.

This is a basic feature, and I have been chasing it, sometimes contacting the theme support and sometimes the server support.

I am wondering if there will be any solution for me. I am unable to open the basic WP editor to insert a shortcode. I am genuinely surprised…

I checked with my team and it if found that the function:
ftp_fget() function is enabled.

It is best here to again check with the theme support and inform them about this error and also that the ftp_fget() function is enabled.

I am seeing this kind of problem with a theme for the first time, where customization is not possible at all.
