i have tried all of your image blocks. NONE provide proper control over image sizing. Just check it out using browser inspector and you will see it is not working.

No that doesnt work. Whatever size image I use the same issue applies. Since this seems to be a problem with your latest release, could you advise how I install an older release plse?

BTW this is Single Image

I have also tried various php functions but none work, again suggesting the theme is overriding or bypassing. Plse advise

I have now tried several category excluder plugins but none work. I conclude that there must be something that newspaper theme does that somehow overrides. For example with the Ultimate Category Excluder plugin. Please advise a plugin that actually works. Thx

I am rather confused. The article suggests I can do this but you are saying I cannot. But are you saying I can do it with code or that even this is not possible. BTW I am a week away from launch and this will be a show stopper for me, after 3 months dev using tagdiv. So as you will know this is very disappointing but I remain hopeful that a coding solution is possible otherwise this could turn out to be a very very expensive dead development!

Oh and BTW your guide here suggests this can be done? https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/

iancollins

Oh dear. Is it possible to edit a standard template?

One more thing plse Anamaria. How can I view these templates, like single_template_1.php? In truth I was expecting to see the custom templates I have already created (that appear in WP Cloud templates list). I’d really like to use one of those designs for a new custom post type.

awesome, thank you, and for the swift response.

Hi Bettina, thanks for the swift response. I am afraid I am a little confused. I do understand the approach for Pages but my last post was in relation to Posts. My understanding is that if i edit a post using tagdiv, it will change the post template. Please advise.

OK good to know thanks.
Is it possible to create a new post template that is in effect my master event page. Then replicate this each time I have a new event but importantly, I would then like to edit the post using tagDiv? Without effecting the original master. Would this work plse or can you provide a workaround using Post?
Thx
