Hello. Thread closed. The issue was caused by Amazon Associates plugin. Now deactivated, everything works.

Thanks. The code worked, but it seemed to change all post sidebars to general default sidebar, not a default that is set per category level.

I need to have the sidebar setting in post set to default so it will get the category default header.

Big image problem fixed itself somehow for me.

Tried regenerating thumbnails ( with plugin ). Did not work for me. Any other fixes?

Yeah,everything seems to be working now. I actually had updated to V3, but since I used child theme I was not using the latest footer and header files. Now I do and its working fine.

Same problem with my site. Posts do not open up in Visual Composer backend editor. So the problem is probably not specific to Xinga, but probably more Newsmag users experience it.

EDIT: I had a old version of VC. Update to 4.11 ( newest ) and it should work fine.
