Hello!

No, that element is the one that is working, but if you check the admin of the page you will see that they are actually two google maps elements but one of them isn’t working.

I have updated the theme and followed your steps but the parallax still doesn’t works on mobile. I think it will be easier if I give you admin access so you can check it out. Where can I send the credentials?
