Hey,
No – I haven’t made changes to the theme files.
Is it possible to pay to have a tagdiv developer look into it?
I spent hours trying to get the header the way I liked it and I can’t afford to do it over when it may not even resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Keith
Hey – I’m having the same problem. I see you’ve fixed yours. Can you tell me how you did it? It’s driving me crazy!
Thanks.
I’ve tried this. Cleared the cache and it’s still not functioning. I’ve tested the mobile search on the desktop, and that works. But the regular live header search isn’t responding when clicked.
Is there something else that I can try?
Thanks,
Keith
Can you offer any more advice please? A key function of my site is now completely useless.
I should have mentioned that it’s working fine on mobile. This is desktop that’s causing the issue.
OK I’ve tried the above suggestions. Any other recommendations?
I’ve just managed to fix this on my site – go into theme panel, template settings and turn off ‘USE LOADING ANIMATION IMAGE’.
It worked for me on > https://www.theirishroadtrip.com/

Same thing happening on my side. Extremely frustrating.
Anyone sort this out?
Hi,
And test for what?
I don’t have the ability to test on a sundomain, so can you please offer an alternative suggestion.
Is there anywhere I can pay for additional support so you can go in and do this for me/?
When I look at the code that sits behind the images, I see something strange.
The code behind the images that do appear is as follows

The code behind the images that do not appear is as follows

Can you please advise?
Thanks,
Keith
Hi Catalin,
So, to confirm, all of the below code (not just the string Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”) needs to be added to the top of the htaccess file?
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”
</IfModule>
Thanks,
Keith
Any response to the above would be great.
Thanks for the quick reply.
I’ve tried this, but there is still a gap. See screenshots.
Any other recommendations?
