I tried to delete all plugins and theme, and reinstall it (the main and the child). I only installed and activated now the Social Counter plugin, but in Facebook and Twitter continues appearing the part that told: if is 15.290, appears 15; if is 7560 appears 7…
If I try with your examples, “McDonalds”, appears in FB counter 44 Fans and on the Twitter appears 2 Followers.
This is important fix for me because I need that function working well.

Hi Lucian,
I tried that with the last version but both (FB and Twitter) but nothing…
The plugins are not my problem (in my case). I can provide WP access to investigate further if is necessary.
Can be possible to require specific PHP extensions installed on the server side?

Hi,
About my issues: if I put twitter/face usernames with less than 1.000 fans/followers, the number show properly. If has 1.000 of more, appears only “1”. Example: 1405 fans (1 Fan); or 15150 fans (15 Fans)….
In any case, the word “Followers” appears (with the final “s” letter, so in plural). I think that is taking an abbreviated value.
Hi,
In my theme not functions the Twitter and Facebook counters. Before, only Twitter fails, but now fails both.
Where I can submit you the site URL with admin details to review?
If I install the plugin (social counter) having other theme, should be function?
If yes, I can try to install on the actual website with my current theme to see if happens the same.

Hi,
I tried to deactivate the firewall but nothing… The same.
I think that is the Twitter part… Because Facebook appears OK (with more than 15.000 fans).
Can you access with TeamViewer to my computer (when it is locally hosted the site)? If you need, I can give you my Skype user to have in contact for the remote access.
Thanks,
Hi,
It is complicated. I am working on a local enviroment (wamp), so I cannot give access because it can’t be accessed from out.
Any idea?
Hi,
I am using version 2.2 of the plugin, and the version 4.3 of the theme.
I tried with your usernames (as given example on screenshot), but nothing. With CocaCola appears “2”…
Hi,
I have the same problem. Only with Twitter, the “K” value loses. If the count would be 3.300, appears 3…
I tried with another user, and that has 25.000 and appears 25.
Something is wrong.
