Hi, I’ve tried setting them, it’s a bit better but still some slight shifting, I may just need to rebuild it and make sure it loads smoother!

Thank you for your help 🙂

Thank you, I will give this a try, currently we are using the hosting platform’s backend services, as you can see I have disabled the caching, it seems to have worked, will get the plugin you recommended though, thank you!

Hi, I was unsure to do this but when downloading the image, I noticed it is pulling through as 300×50? Is there any way to change this in the row settings or somewhere else? As this image is a background for the Row

Hi,

The resolution seems to be the correct size in the backend (1200×200)

Hi, I’ve reset the formatting for that zone area but it seems that the template header and footer don’t align with the mid zone (content block)

The problem is that we want to use this template sizes as it fits the theme we would like, it’s just the zone / row for the home page content does not seem to align.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Unfortunately this did not solve this issue, rather than being a row, it’s called ‘zone’ that sits behind the row, when trying to adjust this, it just breaks (with the width options for the zone itself).

I hope this makes sense, hopefully you can see this image, I’ve made the zone in red, and you can see what happens to the row when adjusting. We just want to reduce the zone size to make it fit with the rest of the site from this template.

Hi Calin,

We fully understand, but we would like to experiment with it please. Could you provide instructions on how we would go about enabling it.

Thanks,

Jonathan
