Ok. Maybe you misunderstood my question.

If i.e. this post (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-2015-awards-all-of-the-best-and-worst-moments-from-the-show/) is linked to from a block on the front page – then the picture that will be loaded on the fornt page is huge (1920 x 1269) while only a small image 360 x 220 is necessary.

This causes issue with speed and performance.

So how can we load a smaller image in the block-display on the front page – and still keep the larger image as the background in the post template itself?

Then I will need to use another page builder.

Will it continue to work with Visual Composer in the future?

And one more thing: When you say that newspaper does not work with other page-builders: Obviously this does not include WpBakery?

So why does Newspaper work with WpBakery but not other page builders?

Just also noticed that the TagComposer only appears on pages – not posts.

Is it a setting I am missing or does it only work on pages?

Yes – it got a scroll feature – and I don’t have an issue with scrolling elsewhere. The problem here is that the “scroll” is not visible without zooming. See printscreens I sent previously.

If I zoom in 50 percent it is possible to see the elements: https://www.dropbox.com/s/uer98ieawv4hv1m/zoom-50-percen.jpg?dl=0

This is in chrome. And it will be really annoying to work with everything zoomed in 50 percent. Is there a list of the elements online somewhere? So I can use the search function to find them. Or do you know how to fix this?

Another question: Can you recommend a FAQ plugin that will work with your theme? I did not see a FAQ among the elements.

Thanks! That solved the issue.

Also got this response from Visual Composer about this:

“The issue is because theme author has modified our default column classes using: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Change+CSS+Class+Names+in+Output
You can get in touch with him and get rid of the above code to get it back. Kindly check.”

Anyway – it seems to be solved now.

Any way to remove the search icon without css (just removing it in the theme files)?

I already removed the “td-search-wrappoer” code in header-menu.php.

This used to work for another page I had but now the search icon is still there in the top menu. What am I misisng?

Yes. But as I wrote above I needed to buy it separately. I didn’t work through Newspaper.

It worked for the space between the rows.

But there is still unwanted space between the main menu and the first row (containg the revolution slider).

Do you have any good css for this as well?
