And another issue after updating to 10.3: the drop down in the menu has stopped working.
I did a fresh install, so manually removed the theme and plugin and after that uploading the theme and plugins directly to the server.
Very nice, thank you!
Hi Vlad, thanks. This is in the menu structure andI knew about that. The question is: will it also work in a flexblock?
Example on where I want it: https://res.cloudinary.com/fminside/image/upload/v1579510637/example_kvnxmx.png
Hi Calin, thanks for the answer.
Yes, I know it’s normal to get a 404. The question is: is there a way to kill the re-direct for a specific set or URLS only?
I am looking for a way to show standard images for each of the folders below:
https://fminside.net/images/news/DF11/
https://fminside.net/images/news/club-logos/
https://fminside.net/images/news/clublogoslarge/
https://fminside.net/images/news/competitions/
These are all folders with images only and we use these folders to automatically load in an image based on an ID we use on our website and posts. If an ID isn’t found inside the needed folder, we would like to show a standard image (for players it should be: https://res.cloudinary.com/fminside/image/upload/v1577265414/player-reserve1_f4hlfm.png).
Oh really… 🙂 And it will work with the Flex Blocks we use on our homepage? Cause Im only interested for one category we have (which is kind of a database type thing with loads of different pages).
I am aware 😛
I was asking if the template tagdiv is using for its blogs is available as I like the setup and lean design.
Ok thank you for the feedback.
Hi Calin,
Cleared cache 7 times, it is still appearing. I have checked the settings and the category is set on hidden. Also checked the Theme Panel and also made sure Category on Flex 1 was hidden. Cleared cache again and nothing changed.
Thanks Calin. That did the trick! Downside: Now all flex blocks 1 show the category, even if I set it to hide the category tag. Any idea’s how to solve that? Cheers!
Thanks Simion, worked like a charm!
Thanks again for the reply Simion. Seeing it is already possible for the categories, I reckon that it could become possible at one point. Just keeping my fingers crossed it will be available some day 🙂
Hi Simion. Thanks for the reply. But that is still one overall template for ALL tags.
I was referring to using a different tag template for single tags.
As I referred, I have a football news related website. I use the tags to link news about a certain player or certain club to each other. The information I want on the tag pages is different for a player or club. You can’t set templates per tag right?
Can be closed. Sorry for the inconvenience
Thanks for the answer Catalin.
Another two questions on Tag pages.
Since the theme update today the Tag tag is shown on the Tag Archive page: https://footballinside.net/tag/bournemouth/
As you can at the top it displays: Tag: Bournemouth..
How do I get rid of the ‘Tag:‘ part? I have been looking in the code, but I can’t seem to locate the area.
I have tried hiding it with CSS, but that makes the complete title go away…
Question 2:
Is it possible to hide the Tag description on that page? I want to use the description for SEO purposes, but I don’t want to use too much text if the text is shown on the page.
I have tried to hide it with CSS using ‘entry-content’ as a parameter. However, the text still shows…
Thanks again for the support.
Hi Catalin, thanks for the info. This has helped me a lot. Only thing I can’t find is how load a tag template and edit it with the tagdiv composer…
Another question for this issue: Would it be possible to load specific sidebars on different tag pages?
