Hi Calin,
Problem solved after some server updates.
Thanks
Hi again,
I did all of this and I found out that the problem occurs when the Tagdiv Composer Plugin is activated. A different theme with all the plugins activated worked fine, but the newspaper theme with just the Tagdiv Composer Plugin activated generates the problem.
Can you look more in depth into this?
Thanks,
Gonzalo
Hi Anamaria,
Thanks for your prompt response.
I went through the troubleshooting process you have indicated me and the styles on all these pages render now correctly. However, there is still a problem with the categories still not loading any post or just loading some of them, for example:
- – the category page: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/category/tramites/” loads posts but there are some missing (e.g. https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/emigrar-a-irlanda/)
- – the category “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/category/ciudades/” doesn´t load any posts.
Can you look into this?
Thanks,
Gonzalo
Hi!
I followed that thread and I enabled the Article Schema on the Theme panel, but after a few days I don´t see any new Schema on my blog posts.
Thanks
Hi again,
Thanks for the information, that was useful, it’s working now. I was doing it just on the theme panel and not with Tagdiv.
Thanks
Hi Vlad,
This is the website: https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/
You can open any article and at the end of the post you will see the element “Artículos Relacionados”. So you will see it’s showing just one row instead of the two I configured on the theme panel.
Thanks
Hello,
I have the same problem, the search box is on working. It does on the mobile version but it´s not showing anything when you click the icon on the desktop version.
I think the problem comes from the last theme update, because it was working before. I didn´t do any changes in the code and I´ve checked the icon in different pages and deactivated plugins but the icon doesn´t show anything.
Please, let me know what else I can do.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes I know that. Maybe I didn´t explain myself properly.
If you create a post template for all posts under a category, for instance ‘Tourism‘ category and then you go to: theme panel -> categories -> Tourism and there you set the post template you have created, all posts in the category Tourism get that template.
So far good, but now if some those posts are under other category as well. For example ‘Tourism‘ and ‘Europe‘ they don´t get the template you assigned for the Tourism category (even if this is set as the main category in the post), those posts inherit the default template of your theme.
Just I want to know if this is intentional and if so, if there is any solution for this.
Thanks
Hello,
Yes, that will do thanks.
Just one more question about this. When you assign a template to a category, if the posts of this category are under 2 categories, the template doesn´t work, even if one of the categories is assigned as the main one. The posts inherit the default template of the theme.
I don´t know if this is intentional and it´s something you are aware of and if so, is there any solution this?
Thaank you
Thanks for your reply but the problem is solved now. I just uninstall and reinstall again the theme and that was it.
