Thank You, I found that SpotWalla which incorporates SPOT data into their maps worked beautifully so I switched to their code instead.

Are you able to tell me the proper way to add the script to the Custom JS section?
Perhaps if I get that added in there properly, I can make it work, but the instruction don’t seem to be clear to me

My fix, per the TagDvi team…

Turned out that FB automatically set my page to an audience of 18+
You must have your audience of 13+ for the counter to work.

” Larry, it seems that the Social Counter is properly configured, but the problem is related to your fb page which is not public, I cannot access it if I’m not logged into fb
Your fb page must be public, so Social Counter can pull the fb likes”

Once I set my page to 13+ the Social Counter worked.

I too am having issues with the Social Counter and Facebook.

I am on Newspaper 7.6 and Social Counter 4.1

I had my web developer look at it too and he said all the values are correct.
As this just started happening and others are having an issue, I don’t think it’s on our end.
