Also, it is happening just in this one website. The other sites I have are working fine.

Found it, there are no error messages in the developer’s console.

Wow, that’s a really complicated answer. I don’t know anything about coding, so if this is the issue, how do I fix it?

I don’t use Tagdiv, My site is using WPBakery Page Builder? Waht do I do?

I have now restored back to an old backup. My new question is: How do I update from Newspaper 8.8 up to 11.3.2 safely? Last time I tried the theme panel disappeared and TagDiv Composer plugin made my site crash!

I sent the System Status Tab by email. Have tried the plugins and nothing happened. No Cache on the site https://thinkbeef.ca

I have given you admin user status in the pass for contact@tagdiv.com. I can send a password reset to you if you need to get into the backend.

There is no option to edit WPBakery OR TagDiv from anywhere: see attached. Both page composition systems are not working at all within the theme. I MUST continue to use WPBakery all my pages are created in that program.

Never mind, I activated TD Composer and all is working again.

I figured it out! I just deactivated your new TagDiv composer and all is back to normal. Yes!!

I do not know what you are saying. I am only using one composer on the page – Visual Composer. Is this TagDiv composer new with Newspaper 8? The sites were all composed using Visual Composer in Newspaper 7. I don’t want to move over to TagDiv composer, I just want my site to work as it was. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi, another update while I am waiting for an answer. I do not have any custom code on my sites, and am not running a child’s them.

As an update – the issue looks to be in js-composed pages – single image box – the size specifed is not working. If I change it to something new, is not changing at all.

Thanks for getting back to me. It was the weirdest thing… after adding the url for Twitter and Facebook, it worked immediately on Chrome, but took 24 hours on Windows, Safari and Firefox. All is working now.
