Thank you.. I have submitted refunds for both purchases I made.. Newspaper & Newsmag. Such a shame …. I loved this theme but I can not use it simply because no one knows how to fix the image quality on mobile which is very very bad quality. Thank you.

I have but there is no solution. I have hired developers who can’t fix the problem and they all say the image quality is so bad. I actually bought both Newsmag & Newspaper themes.. but I wish I checked how they look on mobile.

A refund would be better because this theme has given me nothing but stress and a headache. Can you see if you can get the image quality like the slider ? I have asked so many people.. everyone says there is an image problem with this theme but no one can fix it.

I am having the same problem.. it’s such a headache. The image quality is terrible.. mobile homepage.. images are so blury. I bought 2 themes and wish I didn’t because I can’t fix this problem. Did you have any luck ? What is your website, can I see how the images look on your site ?

The image is nowhere near the quality of that of the main slider.. how can i get it like the slider? it is not the same quality.. I see a BIG difference.. it has something to with these blocks…

I got a developer to help me out and he showed me. All ok.. your themes are amazing.. I’m a VIP 😉 I have purchased both.. thank you so much and keep up the good work.
