Yesterday i attempted to update my theme and i lost everything.
Luckily I made a backup before. So once my backup installed I will let you know the results

I don’t see what it seem be a picture containing steps to follow.

I add that in smartphones, there is no problems.
I Also noticed that i can save undisplayed images or Pin-It them.

I practice a little English
So If I understood correctly, if I modified a page, article or image related to the demo, I will lose these changes. If I have created my own articles and pages from zero, I will keep my content
