It worked. Thanks a lot!
I strongly urge the support team to take a look at this issue – VERY SERIOUSLY. Many tickets regarding the same issue. Should be eye opener.
Tried all of the above… and in Chrome incognito gazillion times. Had to downgrade. 8.6 has issues that need to be looked at.
Clearing cache and purging files from CDN did not help. Downgraded to 8.5.1.
How do you create the child theme? Support won’t answer before Monday. Please share your solution.
Disable the td-multi-purpose plugin if you have installed it. Run into same issue…
@Vikram,
Same issue here… Do you have a custom CSS configured?
I had the following:
@media (min-width: 1181px) {
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap {
width: 1100px;
}
.td-boxed-layout .td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
width: 1100px;
}
}
The left alignment issue was resolved by deleting the above code from my custom CSS.
@Support Team:
What is the proper code for this custom in V7.8?
Thanks.
For long post titles, how do you wrap text to new line on smartphones?
Thanks!
Excellent!
Thanks
Try this Custom CSS:
#td-outer-wrap {
top:150px;
}
You can replace 150px with your desired size…

Hi,
And thanks for the feedback. It is NOT about moving the whole site to SSL. Just the #login-form process is not working. Headaches! No problem with “theme-my-login” plugin before I switched theme. This plugin is disabled BTW…
What I need is just the LOGIN URL to go HTTPS (for some reason it is not happening). I use /wp-login.php straight for login. I am not sure how to fix the issue. This is the only solution that comes into mind at this point. Been struggling with the issue for over a month now…
Thanks!
Dear Bogdan,
Perfect!
Thanks!
Hello,
Set it to 30000 and deactivated plugins one at the time. Noticed that the “tagDiv Speed Booster” plugin is the issue. When I deactivate that plugin, the rotation works fine. When I reactivate the plugin, issue comes back again. What to do next please?
Thanks again!
Sure, thanks for your feedback. I hope this plugin will be tested with your great themes, or the plugin’s functionality (rotation) will be included in the next release of Newspaper.
Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. This code works, but I would like to display it right below the logo, below the logo (within the same <div> tag).
Thanks!
Hi,
In the meantime, while this is on feature list, is it ok to revive this topic? We have the “Full Screen Background Image” plugin installed but with one issue: the plugin does not display the bg img to the left and right side of the content area. With the built in bg Ad manager, there is no issue.
Please help with how to make the bg img display on left and right of content area with the plugin.
Thanks!
Thanks a lot!
Please close ticket.
Hi,
Just checking how things are going with this request?
Thanks for the great support…
Hi,
Just wondering if you had time to look over this issue. Sorry for bugging. I know you are overloaded…
Thanks!
Hello,
I am sending the credentials via email.
Thanks!
Hi,
I will send login credentials via email.
Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry for bugging again!!!
I have a scenario that needs help: When I create my bg img, the img area that is supposed to display above the header area does not show up:
Would you give me a hand please?
Thanks again!
Hi,
I agree with your settings. I have the following settings:
EXCERPTS TYPE: Words
TITLE LENGTH (Trending now module) : 60.
Still does not work. The demo post title to display in full (all words): has 21 words (exact words count).
Thanks again.
Hi,
Perfect! Excellent job.
Thanks again. Please close ticket.
Oops, sorry, issue came up when I did the following:
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap {
width: 1100px !important;
}
.td-boxed-layout .td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
width: 1100px !important;
}
Is there anyway to get the bg img not to distort on mobile device?
Thanks!
