Hello, I’ve the same problem. I followed the guide and
I tried to delete my colum text with shortcode of slider revolution but it seems impossibile to delete!
I delete the shortcode, delete the column and save but When I return on the page I see again the same error message and the shortcode is still there it is nont cancelled.

I tried to delete the slider revolution models but they are still there! How this is possibile?

But is very difficult to use only TagDivi plugins, is a unreal perspective. A web site needs seo plugin, gdpr plugins and other.

Do you have CloudFlare? If yes maybe this is the problem.

Ok it seems there was some conflict with cloudflare, after 2 hours it’s ok now. If someone has the same problem as me, I recommend to disable cloudlflare for a few hours and then reactivate it by cleaning the browser cache.

I can’t deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones! I have plugin for gdpr, SEO and SGoptimizer by my hosting (Siteground) ’cause WpSuperCache (plugin recommended by you) seemed to work very very very badly (despite having made all the settings you recommend). My site was very slow with WpSuperCache now it works better.

I’ve seen this screen before but I don’t have the attachment dislplay setting neither from Gutemberg nor from wp dashboard>media>add media.

Maybe I solved problem:

1)I deactivate some media setting of Jetpack;

2)wp media setting> upload big image 1600×1600;

3) in Gutemberg: centered image, full widht, real dimension, Custom Maximum Width (px): 1000

I’m getting some assistance on some issues, but the answers are slow, I think because of the time difference, so I’m just gonna write here because maybe someone can help me.
I have a problem with mega menu: it disappears! The tag-divi team suggests to change padding of elements and I did. But the problem persists.
So I figured out what the problem is, it’s not just padding between the various modules, but the fact that passing the mouse over a module then appears the link of that module: if the mouse hovers over this link, the mega menu disappears!

I’m sure this is the problem because it also happens in the mega menus visible in your themes ( https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_la_mode/ ). As soon as you hover the mouse on a picture of mega menu the link appears and if the mouse hovers over the link disappears the mega menu!

I try to search if I can change this but it seems to be a javascript setting. What should I do?

Ok for now I solved the scroll mega menu problem: if I set Container width: 1200, scrolling is not necessary. Yeha!
Still no solutions for font text logo problem 🙁
