You’ve missed my point. I want to replace the background colour (grey) with an image but can’t find a way to do it. Can you provide a screenshot or something to show which element within the row I need to achieve this?

OK, for anyone trying to figure this out just don’t bother. Here’s the response I got from support…

Unfortunately, the information from your listing from that plugin cannot be displayed in the cloud CPT template.For that, you need to create some custom elements that are able to pull the listing information from the database and display it. When you unassign the cloud template, then the default version is displayed there. Unfortunately, for the default version, you can not change the header or have more headers on your website.

I have no idea why they aren’t clear on this. Plugin CPTs do not integrate with Tag Div Composer. It’s taken me 6 weeks to finally get this out of them.

The Tag Div composer is essentially blocking the page content.

Please take some time to look into this. I took the effort to put a video together showing what is happening. Please help me try to find a solution.

I want to give this post a HUGE boost because there is no documentation on here that helps us. PuckWuck – I feel your pain!

I think the majority of us are using a plugin that uses custom post types in one way or another and want to be able to use tag div composer / elements to do things like show ads (among other things) based on on CPT .

I am using an events plugin (Events Manager) and want to be able to serve ads (particularly the header 728×90 placement) to just the events section of my website.

I want it setup so that when I add an event it automatically shows the header Ad that I want to display.

One final question…
I have a csv file of directory listings to import into the custom post type. When I do this will the tag div composer recognise the CPT and include itself? I essentially would like to know if it would be automated or if I will have to go through each listing individually and assign manually so it the tag div composer appears in each post.

It seems by the link you supplied this has been an issue for 2 months. Surely this needs to be a priority. Having a buy button to your theme is incredibly unprofessional

Also, I tried accessing the CSS screenshot to hide in CSS but there is no image!

So I’m still stuck with a buy button and NO ICONS!!

I did what you suggested – deleting then re-adding the header which includes the buy now button but the icons are still not appearing

Yes, and my homepage is now completely stuffed now that you have switched over to your new editor. I have to revert back to the unsecure version of your theme to fix this. Not happy!
