Hi Bettina,
Thanks for getting back to me. I will make the preparations in the next few days ie; backing up etc.
Can I keep this thread open until I complete the project?
Have a great day!
Hi Calin,
Ironically I wasn’t game enough to update because it wasn’t working! My plan was to update, but I think this has sped up the process (downgrading WordPress isn’t an option).
So, in theory, all things going well, updating from 9.5 to 11.2 should work?
Will my design of the site be the same or after upgrading will I have to rebuild? I’m guessing that’s one of the possible issues that can happen.
Thank you very much for getting back to me with a solution. It is very much appreciated as I now have an action plan. Have a great day/night!
Hi, my website is working ok. I’m only getting this message in the cloud library and I cant install cloud libraries or edit exiting templates. This doesn’t seem to be the same issue as per link. Are there any other suggestions?
Hi Bettina,
I’ve just been talking to our web host and it turned out it was a caching issue.
Thanks for your help. The video is great – I’ll file it under, “Useful things to revisit”.
🙂
Here are the images – hopefully working. Sorry for all the edits – kinda panicking

Hi Simion,
Thanks for the article but unfortunately it doesn’t solve our particular issue.
I’m resending the details through email. If you can give us a heads up when your going to do something.

Hi there, is there any movement on this? Thanks
Sorry, I should have mentioned that I have sent the details via email.
Hi Simion,
That would be unusual, there should be no difference regarding the content the block displays depending on the browser used
That was my contention too. These results are from people on different computers. It doesn’t make any sense and I got everyone to refresh their cache. It’s php – how can it vary? (Rhetorical question 🙂
Here is a link:

At first load, all the stories are from Central Coast.
If you use the pager then other regions (categories) populate it.
All the bottom menu items point to different regions (or categories).
Thanks for looking into it.
