I did add it as Column Text and it works in Laptop/ Desktop: See https://www.pgurus.com. Now see the same thing on a Smartphone, and this shortcode does not show up! 95% of my viewers consume our content on a Smartphone! How do I get it to work on a Smartphone? I am using Newspaper Theme V12.6.2.

We have developed in-house a shortcode and want to deploy it in a Block (Say Block 15) on the landing page of Newspaper Default scheme. Can you pl. share a sample code? Assume the name of the shortcode is [ExampleShort]

All I need is for the support team to point me to the function /hook that is responsible for the AMP pages to pick the single.php from the td-composer plugin and not from the child theme.

I followed the instructions to the ‘T‘ and even deleted the folder Newspaper from the wp-content/themes folder and tried a re-install and the result is still the same – can’t save my changes.

Pl. send me an email address and I will grant you back-end access if you wish. This is urgent.

I have done several updates in the past of the Newspaper theme – the WordPress version is 5.6.2 and Newspaper is 10.3.9.1. I did it exactly as per the documentation of the Newspaper theme. I even re-installed it once, just to be sure. From past experience, I know this for a fact – once it gets into this mode, it is very difficult to fix it. Pl. help as our mobile version is not working.

Come on guys! We need your help!!! You call your theme the best – need to see some action behind this claim. I don’t exactly remember how I solved this the last time, but it had something to do with clearing cache – and I have cleared all my caches. And still no change. All Plugins disabled, NADA.ZIP.

Tried this and it has not helped. Tried opening the back-end using incognito window, cleared my host cache, cleared everything else and still no luck. I do not have Wordfence installed. All the plugins that are active are tagDiv* and AMP. Trying to set my Mobile theme to Mobile + AMP

Thanks for the help. The problem was fixed – it was a 403 error. To fix it, the Admin had to toggle the ACCESS bit in the MySQL database off then back on. That did the trick. Wonder why this had got messed up, I will never know. Thanks a million for pointing us in the right direction. Issue Closed

Bogdan, it does not help :(. There is no place to put the SubTitle text as being of h2 type. I opened a post and inserted by SubTitle in this way:
<h2>This is my SubTitle</h2>
and Facebook ignores it.
The statement of problem is this: The theme sets the Header of a post to <h1> tag but the Subtitle is not set to a <h2>…</h2> tag. How does one accomplish this?

I had already done that (removing script tag) before sending you the original request – in fact the Theme Panel says NOT to include script tags.
What else could be going wrong?
