NewsMag – Theme Panel – Footer. From there you can change the content.

If you want to change the widgets shown on the right you have to select “style 2” and then:
Appearance – Widgets and drag widgets to “Footer 2” and “Footer 3” sidebars.

The problem wasn’t on newsmag code it was the vps fault, now it’s working fast.

Thanks i’ll move to a dedicated server my VPS even with 4GB can’t seem to take the load.
