Hi,
thanks for your fast reply. However this is not an issue with a specific plugin. It is likely caused by tagDiv Composer not following “best practice” for WordPress plugin development and keeps me and other users from using any ad auto placement plugin. As ads are the most important source of income for most website operators I would really appreciate if you could look into it.

Thanks

Hi,
this is due to the fact that I have deactivated auto ads on my website. Sorry for that. I have now enabled them again. With auto ads enabled the overlapping can be repoduced by following these steps:

1. Scroll down until the anchor ad appears
2. Scroll up again
3. Click the button to open the navigation menu
4. The website should now look like on the picture from my original post. The ad overlaps the social icons and the “x” for closing the menu.

The issue might not be present on some taller screen sizes. So screen size should be set to emulate an IPhone 7.

Thanks

Hi,
thank you for your answer. However to reproduce the issue you have to open the mobile navigation menu. I have tried it with an IPhone 7 and the behavior is still like you can see on my screenshot.

Thank you for your help. The code fixed the issue.

I did some additional testing. The theme itself works fine. However tagDiv once I enable tagDiv Composer the issue appears. I have disabled autoptimize and WP-Supercache in my testing enviroment.

Reinstalled it using FTP, but didn’t fix the issue for me.

I do also get the same error message when Newspaper 9.7 or 9.7.1 is installed.

Unfortunately I do not feel comfortable providing login information. However you can have a look at our site. I believe that the issue mainly occurs for categories with very few articles.

Site: https://kreuzfahrthai.de/magazin/
Example for category with correct header: https://kreuzfahrthai.de/magazin/category/reedereien/aida/
Example for category with old header: https://kreuzfahrthai.de/magazin/category/reedereien/msc/

Furthermore there is a similar issue for the search result page. It works fine for searches with a sufficient number of results, but uses the old header for searches with no results.

Example: https://kreuzfahrthai.de/magazin/?s=dfssfddsf
Example (Working fine): https://kreuzfahrthai.de/magazin/?s=aida

Thank you!

I have now tested your suggestion and it turns out that while it fixes the issue with the background, the menu items themselves are still animated. How can I make sure that the menu items are also displayed before the page finishes loading?

Hi,
thanks for your reply. That’s exactly what I meant.

Thanks for your fast reply. By mobile menu I don’t mean the header, but the actual menu / animation when opening the menu (https://imgur.com/a/4mureTq). As I understand the linked blog posts, it is currently not possible to change the look and feel of the menu other than changing the background image/color or replacing it with an horizontal menu.
