Ok… slowly but steady i am becoming a little angry…

1) You promise before buying your theme:
“Integrated with Instagram, bbPress Forum, BuddyPress and WooCommerce, it uses the best clean SEO practices.”

Please explain to a non-expert like me what you mean with “integrated with buddypress”?!! For me this means that i buy your theme and install buddypress and everything is fine / tested / works.

2) You promise that your theme works with buddypress and i installed your theme and buddypress and nothing worekd – the header was completely broken! then you tell me i have to install old version of your theme to make buddypress “work” and now i got the perfect mess: old theme and buddypress not working.

3) After all that i ask for support and you tell me to add some custom-css… If i would be able to add this CSS code i would have done. So why do you think i was asking for support?!! Yes, because i need help and is not support something i was paying with this theme???

4) Is that your “outstanding support service” that you promise before buying? You promise “excellence for beginners” and “no coding required”…

I kindly ask again for your help and support to make buddypress work as promised because i do not want to write a review about my xperience with newspaper-theme.

thank you very much for your reply.

I followed your instruction and talked to my hosting-company “SITEGROUND”. Here is the answer:

“I have carefully checked everything on a server level and here everything looks good. There is no security module installed/active. There is no blocking of admin-ajax or other requests. There is no caching active (no sg-optimzer, no memcache and no dynamic-cache). The only thing i can see is a ‘td-cache’ folder.”

So i guess there is no caching/blocking/firewall problem? I also have deactivated ALL plugins except the 4 td-plugins with no success.

What next?

Thanks for your reply. I am trying to ask different:

1. When a user is registering via newspaper theme login/logout system via the default-template, then he becomes a “SUBSCRIBER” user-role from WordPress.

2. When this user is clicking on his username in the top-bar of the default template, then he is forwarded to this: politik-kanal.at/author/username !!

3. So this means the new user becomes an “author” from NewspaperX and he also becomes a new author-page: https://prnt.sc/11dud0s

2) SORRY, but this makes no sense for me… My categories are like this:

– Category
— Subcategory 1
— Subcategory 2
— Subcategory 3

I want to display ONLY the posts of Subcategory 1 and not from Subcategory 1, 2 and 3 together. Is this possible with NewspaperX? With other newspaper-themes like Voice or Soledad there is no problem with that and it seems logical to me to output only posts from a specific Category or Subcategory.

EDIT: I have found the solution for problem #2. The correct answer for this problem is, that i had to change the default category filter from “ALL CATEGORIES” to “Special Filter > Current Category”. Now it works as it should and also Question #2 is:

SIDEBAR PROBLEM:
I have changed the sidebar content on the homepage. When i am going to any other page like single-post page then there is a completely different sidebar on each page.

QUESTION: How can i use the same sidebar which is visible on all pages?

YOUR ANSWER: Edit that page (WHICH PAGE?) with TagDiv Composer, click on the element (WHICH ELEMENT?) and there you can choose which style you want to display from the element’s settings.

I am talking about the sidebar and i am sorry i do not understand what you mean 🙂 I want to set up ONE SIDEBAR and create it on the homepage and then use this sidebar on any page! Hope you understand what i mean :))

9) NEW TAG PROBLEM:

In the backend menu – when i open the “cloud templates” > “tag template” then it looks like this (default): https://prnt.sc/11an6j7

Question: How can i make the TAGS work?! I want to click on a TAG and then a new site should open with all the posts belonging to this TAG. (I named the Tags > Hashtags).

ok as there is no support i will explain my solution to other people:

i switched to a different cloud-header and now the sticky menu is working – but, there is no sticky logo – just the menu!

Now i have to figure out how i can inject the logo to the sticky menu bar…

this theme/compser is a nightmare if you worked with bakery, elementor or other pagebuilders…

Now i have next problem with this theme…

1) the sticky logo ist just so small that you hardly can see it and it is stuck below the top bar which should not be sticky at all… just the logo and the menu should be sticky…

2) the menu is not visible at all with the sticky option i did like you showed in your screencast video in last post…

i really hope this problems will stop soon as i do not want to give bad rating because of all the problems occuring that hard…
