Mobile display not working; is displaying desktop version - reply

Hi Calin – Thanks for your response. My phone is now displaying the mobile view, so it’s possible it was a cache issue.

FYI, I do find the documentation to be missing a step of explaining how a mobile page relates to the regular page – eg do you end up with two pages of the front page and every category page, or what. It says you “can” add pages but doesn’t explain exactly why and how they relate and exactly how to get started from baby Step 1. That would be really helpful if you could add. I am still confused about it. However, both my desktop and mobile look absolutely gorgeous now, so maybe I don’t need to know and I can just enjoy how great they look, LOL. 🙂

I will be back in touch if I still have any issues with AMP, TBD.

Hi Anamaria –

– I am using Sucuri for firewall and security. Are there any special instructions for Sucuri?
– Prebuilt website – Default
– Theme version – Newspaper Version: 11.3.1
– You can try changing anything at all in the theme settings and then hit save and you’ll see that it just keeps spinning and not saving. In my test I tried uploading a logo and it wouldn’t save for example.

Could I please hire someone to install the theme for me? I have installed many WordPress themes before so I know how to install a theme, but I am having tons of errors trying to install the Newspaper theme. I have been trying for two days. Is it possible to hire tagdiv to install it? Thank you!!

Never mind, I figured it out. You have to activate all of the required plugins first and that makes all of the other buttons (demos, etc.) appear on the Welcome page and makes the Activate theme button appear as well. So this case is solved…

I am reading the documentation on how to add the demos, but my Admin area is missing all of the tabs shown in the documentation.
