Hello,

I have checked the cache settings. The object cache feature is turned off and object cache file is not available. Please let me know the next steps.

Thank you

Hi,

There is no malware as I have scanned it. It is only affecting when the tagdiv composer is active. The site is pretty new with no plugins from outside. The only thing that was installed after downloading was from Tagdiv. The other plugin is what I have built yesterday. But this has been the situation from the time I was building the site.

Hi,

We use Litespeed + Quic Cloud CDN. Every other process works normally in the site except for the theme options.

Hi,

I have sent you the email with the admin credentials. I have hosted the website on Hostinger and they have a custom control panel. I am using login with Google and I am not able to share access of the account. I have also shared my Whatsapp/telegram contact in the mail if your team need to establish direct contact. If you need to access the hosting provider cpanel, we can do that using Anydesk.

Thank you

Hi,
I tried to edit the pages using other editors such as Elementor, Gutenberg etc. It can be edited using these plugins. I am not able to edit the pages only with TD composer. Please take a look at the issue. I have already exceeded the deadline to launch the website for my client.

Hi, I did not upload any word document or such files into the website. I was just editing the website when it suddenly stopped responding. I checked the console to see this error in the composer plugin. I am not able to keep working on the site now.

Hi,
I tried both the ways and I am not able to solve this error. I tried to deactivate all the plugins in the site to see if it was a conflict. But the error is still persistent.

I can share the login credentials if required
