Yes, that’s correct and exactly where it’s set on all pages, the ones still working and the one I’m trying to fix. That is also the area I cannot access.

I thought I’d post my solution for anyone who encounters the same issue, add this to the custom css area:

.td_woo_products_block.tdc-no-posts {
display: none !important;
}

this will hide the block if there are no items to display

I haven’t.

It’s still doing it on my end. It’s not consistent.. if I open a new browser sometimes it does it on some items and not others.. if I close and reopen, it does it on different one..

I have cleared cache each time and still doing it.

I have just refreshed a few pages and the ones that were working correctly are not working as well. It is happening to more items.

What would the filter be for cross sells?

I only see Product Categories Filter, Multiple Product Categories Filter, by tag slug, Upsells, Related Categories and Tags, Related Categories and Related Tags as options.

Thank you, I am aware of how to do it form a page or post, but since this was a “product category page”, it’s not an option for me to view or edit under the “pages” or “posts” area from what I can see. I see the “shop” page but that is separate from the “product category” page

When I opened a parent product page and I did that, it changed all the category pages as well including the subcategories. I also erased everything I had and can’t see a way to get it back..

thanks for those tips. I am currently doing/using both of those things.

I have the subcategories all set up and they work great like in your image above and the product category pages use the Woo Loop, but if I go into a parent category, for example, Audio, which has 0 products in it, it shows all the products within my subcategories ->

That makes sense that it does, however, I would like it show a list of my subcategories on the parent category page, like how I have this page ->

This is using the Woo Shortcodes element.
However, if I put that on the parent category page, it will also be on the subcategory pages as well since they use the same layout automatically.
Is there a way to only show the Woo Shortcodes element if its a parent category and only show the Woo Loop element if its a subcategory? Or a way for the parent categories to not use the Product category base (in the permalinks settings)?

I’ve seen this format on a number of websites that use Woocommerce, however I have no idea what theme they are using.

Hello,

I just wanted to note I found the problem. I had deleted the price and it deleted on the products shown, but as the new products loaded the placeholder for the price was still there. All I had to do was change the price font size to 0 and it correct the issue.

I’ve already got the correct css as it’s working correctly on all other pages and even on the shop page for the 1st 10 products, I am just asking if there is something I am missing on the shop page that it’s causing it to change on the 11th product on onward when the page loads more products. I’ve read many posts where you assist with things like this, I’m not looking for full customization..

Hi!

I have multiple attributes and have added the Woo Attribute Filters element which works great. There is an option turn on “Multiple Selection” for the Product Categories Filter but not for the other attributes. Is there css to be able to allow for the other attributes filters to have multiple selections? For example, the my “Manufacture” attribute filter on the page below, to be able to select more than one at a time?
