Dear support team,
same issue ongoing on my side. The update broken the website and it seems that the issue is caused by the composer and/or the cloud template plugin. Activating standard pack did not fix. Deactivating the newspaper theme makes the site working. I reached out server assistance and this is the response:

“From the analysis we made and my subsequent investigations, the issue is caused by the tagDiv Composer plugin.
I checked your PHP error log and the issue started immediately after this error was logged from tagdiv.
[14-Nov-2023 13:54:48 UTC] PHP Warning: file_get_contents(/var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/https://cloud.tagdiv.com/td_plugins/td-composer/3833ae26cf1f9d406448012ce1734aa1/td-composer.zip): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6805
Our recommendation will be to reach out to the theme/plugin developers support team with this as they are in the best position to assist you.

In the meantime, may I kindly ask you for some information about style changes? While changing colors and dimension of the 2 flexblocks in home page, the “cutted” corners disappeared (see image).
How can I restore the original shapes and how can I change the colors of the different parts? E.g. I am not able to reproduce the color of two down-right corners.

As for php 8.0 ok, we will test it. Do you have plan to update the theme for compatibility with 8.1?

I already tried to deactivate all the plugins, but this did not solve the issue.

I also cancelled Composer, Standard Pack, Library and cleared cache (Hummingbird pro by WPMUDEV in use).

I am not sure about this, but it might be possible that the issue rised with the update to 10.3.7.

This is issue can be observed on 2 out of 3 site where I have Newspaper installed:
1) osdife.org ->not working (hosted by OVH)
2) studiolaquilone.it ->not working (hosted by Ionos)
3) ilcaffegeopolitico.net ->working (hosted by WPMUDEV)

I did several checks to understand issues reported by browser inspection panel, and so far I can see that the problem should be with td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/td_wp_admin.min.js, but unfortunately I have no technical know how to go in deth.

I would kindly ask for your support as, above all on osdife.org, I cannot publish the new website if I do not fix this.

Hi TagDiv team,
thank you for the advices. The procedure posted by Calin seems to fix part of the issue. I am testing this on 3 different websites, on different hostings and config, and I am having the same behaviour on the 3.
Now the point is that if I make one single change, and I click on “save”, I fall in a loading loop. However, the change is saved, even if I close the page ignoring the “Unsaved content” alert.
The point now is that I cannot make more than 1 single change on the page, because the first is saved, the second is not.
It is getting a bit upsetting to work like this. May I kindly ask you to have a quick check and to provide a comprehensive answer for this open issue?

after some checks, according to advices found here on the forum,

I managed to have the composer working again, but still the following messages, through the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin:

Hi all,
with 10.3.6.1 issue is still there. I deactivated all the plugins except the tagDiv related plugins but still, the editor was outputting the JavaScript errors. So I downgraded the core WordPress to 5.4.2 and I could see improvements. The editor was working fine with all plugins activated.

It seems like the tagDiv plugins aren’t yet compatible with the latest WordPress v5.5?

I am new to this theme and native plugins, apologise for newbie question: does it mean that each time I update the theme I have to reinstall all the native plugins?
