Note* The loading time was increased by a Discord widget, we have now fixed that issue. But the WooCommerce plugin is still preventing the mobile menu from loading.

Still not working.

We updated the theme as we missed a release and no luck.
Also, our Tagdiv composer won’t load. Fair few problems stacking up now which is limiting the site a fair bit now, any ideas?

I have reinstalled the woo plugin, we have previously set up a TagDiv user so you can access the backend to check stuff out. Would you need this?

Exactly the same problem, just the spinning wheel.
Have left to load for over 30 minutes and nothing, hope this can get resolved asap as it limits the changes we can make to the site at the moment..

Turns out it was the WooCommerce plugin causing the fault. WooCommerce was also effect the popout of my login/register button.

Any idea how I can avoid this problem?

I haven’t setup a cloudflare cdn server and also I have disabled All caching plugins I have on my site and it’s still not working. So i can tell you it is neither of these things

Hi,

It didn’t work. I removed all of them and then only added back in the 4 modules I needed for my site to function. Then i deleted the tdm pictures from the media library. Refreshed the page and they came straight back.
