The problem with the AMP is fixed now. Please add the AMP and AMP for WP to your Compatible plugin list. Most of the users are switching to AMP for faster page loads and SEO boost in Google. So it is mandatory to have this plugin.

The same problem happened to my blogs as well. Need a quick fix. Also I see a lot of Compatibility issues. Kindly fix it. Switched back to the older version for now.

So which is best? Can I use both the mobile plugin and AMP?. Will it work without problems?

Thank you for the reply. I checked my host configuration and everything is fine. Visual composer works very fine. Other components of the tag div composer works fine except the ext editor. Please guide me regarding this.

Go to the Appearance tab – Menus and set the menu and click save. Everything comes back normally.

Hello,
Thank you for the reply. The layout problem is there even with only the tagdiv page builder active. Kindly fix it. I have deactivated the Visual composer then also the same layout issue in the posts where the visual composer was used. If the tagdiv builder is only for the pages please make it to work in posts, so that is supports some general elements.

Hello Bogdan,
Thank you for the answer. I got the CSS way. I thought there may be an option to hide it in particular category. My blog has 1000s of posts amd it is very difficult to modify all the posts. Please consider this as a request and implement this category based featured image (enable/disable option in theme panel) in the future updates.

Hello, If you have followed everything mentioned in the URL http://www.getcooltricks.com/wordpress/google-cse-integration-to-newspaper-wordpress-theme/ correctly, you will see the search box as expected. Please read the entire tutorial before proceeding. Clear the cache once done. Please leave a comment in the blog if you need more help.

Hello Alln. The comments shows up only when the default template is selected from the right panel. With the pagebuilder + Page Title Template the comments are not visible.

Hello, Thanks for the reply. I tested it with the default comment system. Then also it is not showing up.
Please provide some solution.

Replace only the last part of the code in Header-menu.php . Send me your blog URL so that I can have a look at it.

Hello Pabu, If you do all the steps properly, the search box should show up properly. Visit http://www.getcooltricks.com and check the search box. It is rendered using the same code. Give me the URL of your blog. Let me have a look at it.

Thanks.

Thank you for the reply Bogdan. I need some basic idea. Thats it. Is it possible to create a page that gets the content with the post ID? If you help me with this I’ll get the code easily myself. Example: I have page with URL Domain.com/page/ I have to make this page to show a post with ID 626. Simply it had to fetch the content from the database with post ID 626 instead of its own content.

Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. The thing is the above solution provided by you didn’t worked. I got some different solution for that. But the problem is, the inserted element overlaps with the post content in the mobile view alone as shown here. How to solve this? Check the screenshot provided below.

Mobile layout

Hope this will explain. I’m inserting a row element from the visual composer in all the posts using ad inserter plugin. The code is given here
[vc_row equal_height="yes" content_placement="middle"][vc_column width="1/2"][td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_3" spot_title="Advertisement"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2" offset="vc_hidden-xs"][vc_wp_posts number="4"][/vc_column][/vc_row]

It shows the result like this

How to add the custom CSS to this particular row that occurs in all the posts. For example how to set the margins for this row. I tried the code given below but this did not show any changes.

[vc_row equal_height="yes" content_placement="middle" css=".vc_custom_1451362361094{margin-top: 15px !important;margin-bottom: 15px !important;}"][vc_column width="1/2"][td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_3" spot_title="Advertisement"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2" offset="vc_hidden-xs"][vc_wp_posts number="4"][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Thank you for the reply.

The code to render the search box in the header menu works perfectly as expected.

Hello Abhay,
There was a mistake in the highlighted text. Now read the tutorial. I had made everything correctly and everything works fine now.
Check this now: http://www.getcooltricks.com/wordpress/google-cse-integration-to-newspaper-wordpress-theme/

Replace the highlighted code in this image with the code given in the tutorial. http://www.getcooltricks.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Google-Custom-Search-For-wordpress-theme-2-1.jpg

You can try this tutorial: http://www.getcooltricks.com/wordpress/google-cse-integration-to-newspaper-wordpress-theme/

I had created a code to work in the header. Use that instead of the code. For better result use the code created in Google CSE. You may loose the Ajax search function.
Thanks.
