I am subscribing to this thread because I am having the same problem on womensgolf.com. I followed all instructions in https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/. Built a new page from scratch in tagdiv composer. saved successfully and previewed fine. but all rows/blocks had disappeared when I reopened the page in tagdiv composer. My install of visual composer is Version 5.1 but have not opened or edited the page in visual composer.
Also deactivated all non approved plugins.

Hi Catalin
My apologies, I may not have been very clear in my last update. I put your suggested CSS code in but it didn’t reduce the gap between the bottom of the content and the footer on womensgolf.com. The CSS I put into Custom CSS was
.home .td-main-content-wrap {
padding-bottom: 20px;
}
Because it didn’t work can you suggest any other potential solutions or errors I may have made.
Thank you
Richard
Hi Catalin
I have included the CSS but the gap remains – are there any other possibilities I could check for. Here is the Custom CSS I implemented for the http://www.womensgolf.com front page.
.dtherpt {display:none !important}
.entry-crumbs a {
color:black;
font-size: 12px;
}
.entry-crumbs {
color:black;
font-size: 12px;
}
.td-footer-wrapper div .td_block_template_4 .td-block-title > *{
background-color: #b50f0f;
}
.td-footer-wrapper div .td_block_template_4 .td-block-title > *:before{
border-color: #b50f0f transparent transparent transparent;
}
.home .td-main-content-wrap {
padding-bottom: 20px;
}
Thank you
Richard
Thank you Catalin – will put that code in. Thank you for your service – excellent as always.
Richard
Thanks Guys, that’s perfect! Much appreciated great support!
Thank you Bogdan, the color changed worked with the CSS you provided, but the titles seem to have lost the curves/callout etc of block header 4 as shown in this screenshot
Can you suggest anything to add to correct that.
Thanks in advance
Richard
Brilliant Bogdan B. Explanation and a fix that works perfectly. Thank you – couldn’t be happier with the themes and your excellent support. Thanks Guys.
Perfect. Thank you for your excellent support.
Just moved our womensgolf.com site from Newsmag to Newspaper – what a smooth process. Congratulations on building, maintaining and supporting two incredible themes.
Hi Andrei
It all went just as you advised – perfect. The site is http://www.womensgolf.com.
Best wishes,
Richard
Hi
Thank you for all your advice. Much appreciated.
Richard
Thanks Andrei,
The text in the subtitle (https://www.dropbox.com/s/o81fqpmuvpo2qyo/subtitle.JPG?dl=0) can be different from an excerpt which I think is just the first x number of words/letters in a post.
Will your solution only pick up the excerpt or is there a solution to present the subtitle of the post on the slider.
Regards,
Richard
Thanks Andrei – I will give that a go. Won’t that just be the ‘excerpt’ of the post rather than the sub-title of the post?.
Thanks Andrei – that looks perfect – appreciate your help!
Hi
We really appreciate your prompt and efficient support for the issue which was my fault (incorrect HTML in header ad).
Newsmag is a stunning theme that is intuitive to set-up and manage. The professional design, and fast and responsive performance on all formats, has really improved http://www.womensgolf.com out of sight. Thanks a million!
Richard
Hi Andrei
Thank you for your support.
I have retried with only VC activated after cache clearance – Menu and Search still not working on mobile.
I have sent you an email with requested details.
Thanks,
Richard

No images (apart from the logo in the header and footer) are visible on mobile devices.
Issue occurs with both iOS and android mobile phones.
Images display normally on Desktops and Tablets.
Actions so far
Deactivated all non-tagdiv plugins except Visual Composer.
Installed and ran the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
Installed W3 Total Cache and ran ’empty all caches’ and ‘purge CDN completely’.
Activated previous theme ‘Themify Magazine’ and checked mobile view – working normally
Reactivated Newsmag theme and checked mobile view – all images (apart from the logo in the header and footer not appearing
About 40% of our traffic is on mobile devices other than tablets so this is a serious and urgent issue for us
Thanks,
Richard
Hi
I am also having the same issue. Images showing on desktop but not on mobile. I am not running a cache and I have deactivated all non-tagdiv plugins. The images were displaying normally until about 14 hours ago and no new plugins have been installed.
