Using option 1, we’re still not seeing a cart, only a header and footer.

And the cart has not been edited. This is just stock WooCommerce without customization.

A followup – we were able to accomplish this through the Web Manager in the TagDiv composer. Still no clue as to why the CSS avenue didn’t work.

Hello Calin,
I have tried following your directions, as I too need to suppress the header and footer on one page. It is not working, however. Here’s what I’m looking at:

We’ve been mindful about caching and cleared everything after the CSS was applied.
