Olá nosso programador conseguiu resolver o problema, era o plugin (Auto Optimize), que estava gerando um erro de javascript
Desativamos e limpamos o cache e o site vai funcionar.

Desculpe mas não podemos desativar todos os plugin e desconfigurar todo o nosso site, somos uma empresa de mídia e não podemos perder todo o trabalho de configuração dos plugins e Layouts pra testar uma possivel solução. vcs tem outra solução?
