This user did not write anything. So we are just showing here some random text to make the profile page look nice :)

Do you have any info on why such a mess can happen?

We had the same problem over a bunch of websites. We were able to roll back most of them and after that the update went fine – but one site is still messed up, eg. some parts are missing colors and other settings. A rollback does not work here, only the missing local font was fixed by the backup.

Hi!

Thank you so much for the quick reply. The issue only happened with one single text with tile element.

I have disabled our caching plugin (WP Super Cache) and cleared the cache as you suggested and so far this already seems to have helped. I’ll monitor it for a while now and will let you know if it happens again and in case your other suggestions don’t help.

Thank you for the help!

Hello Bettina,

as marked in red in the following image, I would like to place a static image with a static text at this point:

Hello Bettina,

I followed your instructions. Unfortunately, without success. Have a look at the hamburger menu in the original template https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_mintyside_pro/

Where is the point in the tagDiv backend to change the graphic for the hamburger menu? Or what is the *.php or config file so that I can replace it with a backup file?

The theme probably originally contained a link to the following file:

The question is: Where is the image stored in the tagDIV “Header templates”?
