Update.

Tagdiv support solved the issue for me – I gave them access to my WP-admin. I asked about the solution and got this:

I had to change the timeout for that function. But now we want to upgrade the server and soon this should no longer be a problem.

So I suppose this problem will soon be solved – hope it helps otherwise I advise you to reach out to Tagdiv on the email above and I believe they’ll help fix it.

So the thing is that when I use your theme for a website with Japanese characters all the “text / characters” are not limited with the excerpts – demonstrated in the screenshots. So this will make the entire website’s design look messy – is there a way to counter this?

As you can see the Japanese characters are not “contained” inside the elements. Does your theme support these signs?
