First of all, I purchased the theme last year. Not in 2015-2016 as the screenshot indicating.
You’re treating clients from oldest to newest, that’s good. But you need to fix this issue before the license renewal. That’s the team fault. You guys are providing updates with so many bugs and issues every time. It’s getting buggy and heavy with each and every update.
Thanks for the reply.
I don’t know these technical things that much. But I have mailed again about this issue. Kindly check and provide me support.
I update my theme every time via the Envato market plugin. Then what’s wrong with the installation? Anyways, tell your team to check the mail and help me to get out of this. It’s almost more than 24 hours. Feel very bad for these type of issues.
Thanks for the suggestion. Default Post Title Color is the best option.

1. No. It’s not a cache issue. Because the single post pages working fine. You need to check my site properly. Search for the site and then go to URL from search results. You’ll understand. It’s definitely not a caching issue.
2. How can I set font style in mobile theme?
3. I don’t want the hover effect. I want fixed colored underline in link text [already using the code for the site but not working only in mobile theme]
Need the following code compatible for the mobile theme without hover:-
.td-post-content a { border-bottom:2px solid #FF4422; }
.entry-content a:hover{
text-decoration: none;}
.td-post-content a {color: #1b2d42;}
.td-post-content a:hover{
text-decoration:none;
}

The footer logo code working.
1. But the mobile theme not working properly in homepage. When I directly go to link, it’s showing fine.
But when I search for the site name from google and then head over to the link from the search result, it’s opening the homepage in normal mode. (I’m not using the AMP)
2. How can I get the font style in mobile theme and link underlines same as actual settings?
Thanks. It’s working.
1. The mobile theme only showing latest articles feed. Is there any way to add more homepage contents without it?
2. The footer site logo showing very big in mobile theme only. There is no option in the mobile theme to set the size of the logo.
Hi.
I have updated to 9.6 version. The tagdiv mobile theme works fine. But why the font size is smaller than actual?
How can I set a gradient header background in mobile theme?
Please add social login on the default login page. It’s not possible to know coding skills and giving time + effort for setting it up. But you guys can easily add this. The native email login/sign up is getting older and conditional.
Kindly add social login. Due to lack of this option, I’m loosing so many subscribers who’re visiting on my site. You guys are only giving unnecessary things in the name of the update. Even we follow so many blogs and sites, we know the value of having a social login option is more engaging just like the social login comments instead of typical comment option.
You should check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mp0cxv
I have tried the single post cloud library but removed again. Poor update. It can’t add the customized sidebar, proper inline ads, widget, jetpack share button, more from author tab etc. While, for the single post template 1/2, the author name, date, and views aren’t aligned properly.
Even the autoload next post found at the extreme bottom. So, the mobile users won’t scroll up to footer once they read the article because they don’t know that the more posts (autoload) are below. The autoload feature must be like – next post title with an image just after the tagdiv social share buttons with continue reading tag.
The autoloading seems quite slow as well. Make it optimized preloading.
🙂
No no. wait. Why do you have to install another plugin?
The feature should be added to the theme panel – post settings option. wait for the tagdiv team officials reply. No extra benefit to installing cloud library for most of the users.
Yes. I forgot that. Not working properly and messy as well.
Why install a cloud library plugin?
we need simple and easy things. Why you guys making it messy. Isn’t there any option from theme panel to enable it? Is this what tagdiv giving updates?
Now to enable autoload we need an extra plugin. great.
maybe they missed out on adding the option on enabling it so there will be 9.5.1?
That’s a big mistake in a so-called Big Update if this is true. They hyped the update to feature autoload and no option, no official guide for it. Wow!
I noticed that tagdiv only focused on increasing customers and theme look/design. Instead of doing that if they focus on theme users and visitors basic need and engagement, that will be great. Obviously, the theme needs look and design but tagdiv themes are becoming bulky with so many unnecessary options without simple/useful features.
1. Last Updated option for single post
2. Total Share count in single post
3. The views count displays in numerical format only. It should be like 10K, not 10000.
4. Main menu background gradient color. (Currently, they provided custom code, but not officially implemented)
5. Which posts are mostly viewed or trending (indicates a flash/AMP like icon) feature missing. So, the visitors can engage with trending posts automatically.
6. Alert Message box in the post/page content (Tips/Info/Warning/Success) missing
7. The text highlight feature doesn’t cover the full border area like a separate paragraph. Which looks ugly and not justified aligned as well.
8. No Pros and Cons section for reviews. You have to manually set a good/bad column. That’s poor.
9. No product price, where to buy link, shop link, shop logo icon for the review section. These points should be added in a box format.
10. Enable post-split option in the text editor with different styles in an easy way. The current option is slightly messy.
11. Add truncated mobile or tablet article option with ‘continue reading’ tag to load faster and engage more visitors.
12. Make your social share option for single post more lightning fast. Sometimes it takes time to load even after full article load.
13. Kindly add default ‘Inline Related Posts’ option with nav bar (2 posts at least)
As a user or a well-wisher, these mentioned points are really useful for all. Even after having 70k+ customers, the tagdiv team not focusing on actual need. We don’t need hundreds of templates, libraries if they don’t come in handy.
For more details, If I failed to explain properly, check the JNews Theme for once. I’m using the theme for another site. It’s extremely fast to load in any device. It has Fewer features in terms of the Tagdiv themes but very accurate with the important things. Then you guys can only understand what’s missing actually. Take your time and improve your theme. There is no hurry. But don’t do these things in the name of a big update.
What follow?
The autoloading feature is now available in the Newspaper V9.5 latest update. But what the hell is that? There is no easily visible option to turn on the feature in theme panel or post editor.
Pathetic.
Thanks for the reply.
I have enabled it but still, spam/bad email ids not recognized or filtered by the theme or system. Request you to improve it.
Without showing “please check your email (inbox or spam folder), the password was sent” this, it should show “please enter a valid email id to proceed”.

Thanks for great support.
Why the join in option not showing? It’s only showing log in.
Kindly add social log in as well for the new visitors. Because I have used the default theme log in/sign up. It doesn’t filter the spam email ids. Please do something with this. Don’t want to use any third party for regstration.

Thanks. It’s working now.
Add this feature in the next update for all top menu and footer as well.
How can I reduce the gap between these two big grid style elements? Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mdos2m
This code isn’t working. I have already set it.
I have tried everything. But can’t find what’s conflicting?
Can you please provide me email where i can give you log in access and you can check.
Thanks.
Why the new WordPress editor not working properly with this theme?
It started hiding the area of paragraphs or blocks after 4 blocks. Is this the issue with your theme?
Check the screenshot. https://prnt.sc/lx3fay
