This worked for 2nd option with some caveat, still 1st issue is same

The shortcode for question list and question forms are working fine from beginning.
Basically there are two issues
1.When you click on any listed question with answer it opens page which is not aligned with theme.
(ex- https://www.thebeautymadness.com/question/skin-care-problems/many-light-freckles-face-make-face-looks-like-full-blemishes/)

2.The you click on listed question it opens page with alignment issues.
We have checked all system requirements.We are adhering to it.
(ex – https://www.thebeautymadness.com/question/makeup-related-questions/lipstick-shade-best-dusky-skin-tone/)

It will be great if you can add this plugin to list of tested plugin and provide a fix. There might be many prospective customers willing to use this plugin with newsmag and they may need help.

We tried disabling all plugins, we have only neswmag theme , Still we are seeing the issue. Please let us know if you can login and have a look , We have shared all details via emails !

I can see that following shortcodes works fine.

Not usre but looks like May be fix will be on how a question post/page is created.

Setting looks fine wrt memory and other php settings.

The content in Wp Editor is not saving automatically.Once closed the changes are lost, there is no option to close.Even if i save it with tagdiv composer save button, WP Editor does not retain the changes.

Tried deactivating all plugins except tagdiv plugins, It is not able to save.
I tried adding the the shortcode for Q&A manually,
it resulted in same old problem of display.

I have created a staging site, on staging site I am able to open wp-editor but not able to save anything to it.Please send us your email id so i can send the login credentials of staging site.

While trying the first problem i encountered is that tagdiv composer -> wp editor is not working. It is not allowing to enter any text/shortcode and is always keep trying to open in loop. plz check link.

Other way we have a staging site. We can provide access to it.
Please let us know either way we can try to fix this problem.

We had old newsmag version at 3.9 where it was working perfectly.
We directly updated to 4.9.4.

We also tried the above fix in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/functions.php .
It did not worked and failed with “critical error on website”.

When category is clicked list of post is displayed under category with category name on top.

If one clicks on category -lists of posts are displayed.
Alongside the post there is a small square type box which displays no of comments.

How can we change the color for the box(default displayed is grey) and its digit(default white).

Also please me know how can we make the loading square box invisible which is displayed temporarily when on mega menu next is clicked to load next posts?

In the post setting, there is option top article like/tweet where either both(facebook/twitter) can be enabled or both can be disabled.
