Any ideas please?
Oh I have this same problem and I need a fix around on this as I don’t want to use the new galleries, just the WordPress Options and now all my old galleries are no longer formatted across my site and when I do have a gallery inserted via Gutenberg if you click on the image it says “image won’t load” too. Any help with this please?
This has been resolved. Thank you.
Yes please. Then link will be:
Thanks Vlad, I have emailed you.
Also I can’t see an option for Vimeo in this?
I believe the issue is that the widget is dynamic and we are trying to display dynamic content on a cached page. But I don’t understand how to fix it.
I’ve solved mine, it was a caching issue for the home page only.
Thank you so much, that worked.

This issue occurs in the dashboard when trying to ‘save’ menu changes. I receive the internal error message and the menu changes are not saved.
Thanks Catalin. It says to download it, do I just download it and then re-install it again? It’s not like a plugin where I just update it within the WordPress dashboard?
Thank you when I go to ‘update’ on my site it takes me to Envanto and to get the update it says I have to buy the whole theme again. Is this correct?
When you say ‘custom conditions’ do you mean code or a plugin? And if I create some custom conditions, then it is possible?
oops I mean code is like this screen snapshot

Thank you so much.
Hello Catalin
I haven’t uploaded a background image. Currently the ‘background’ is the two ‘skins’ or ‘gutters’ that are grey in color on either side of the main body of the website as per the red arrows in the image link below.
http://www.snowsbest.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/skins.jpg
Obviously these only show on laptops and desktops and not on mobile devices. Also these gutters are different dimensions depending on size of laptop or desktop.
Traditionally you can place customized advertising in these positions by uploading a background image and inserting a hyperlink for that background image.
However I am looking for the dimensions for the background image, the dimensions of the main central website space so as to know what dimensions to give to my clients to create artwork to ensure their gutter ad space shows on the majority of laptop and desktops.
Thank you
Thank you so much, that worked perfectly.
Thanks you Bogdan. I amended that selection and chose header menu and cleared cache but the logo is still smaller on the scrollable sticky menu.
Also, any idea how I can make the logo bigger on the main header mega menu?
Thanks you Simion, but I want to change them in the block menus, not mega menus, I didn’t explain myself well. I want to change them in Block 3 and Block 5 for instance. They are soft grey and in lower case in the Ajax menu on each block on the home page, I want to make them black and in caps. Any suggestions?
Thanks Simion. Worked perfectly! Appreciate your guidance.
Thanks Bogdan, good to know.
Thank you, that worked perfectly. Appreciate your help.
here’s a screensnapshot code issue
Thanks Simion I put that into Advanced CSS but it didn’t work. It shows line 2 and 4 as having an issue?
