Hi,
I have also tested this using your tweet link and haven’t found any issues, the tweet looks as it should: http://screencast.com/t/cNMpDFJQ3
I have also checked your site and found that you are minifying css/js which can be the cause of this and it can also be caused by other plugins so please make sure you test this without any plugins active and without any minifying options enabled and also remember to empty cache and purge files if you use any CDN hosting services.
Please let me know if you still have issues with this after doing this.
Thanks
Hi,
Make sure you add this code: http://pastebin.com/W90vXdU5 like this: http://screencast.com/t/zITkr1H9E
Thanks
Hi,
The theme doesn’t have an option to remove or hide the description so you need to edit the smart list file for the smart list you use and remove the code I’ve pointed.
Also not sure what you want to highlight in this image: http://imgim.com/98.png as if you want to remove just that the selected text from that paragraph tag you just need to edit the description you’ve added there and remove that part and to remove the whole span tag: http://screencast.com/t/pRzpHpMpi2 you need to edit the sm4 file and remove this part: http://screencast.com/t/nSCrpattX or better replace the whole code from the file td_smart_list_4.php with this one: http://pastebin.com/3Uhut5iW
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure what you mean as the VC page builder can’t be used on archive pages. I have also checked your site and found that you have more that 3 posts on your archive page: http://screencast.com/t/cFMc2CCFaBe
You can chose the number of posts which appear on blog page/category pages/archive page.. from here: http://screencast.com/t/AzYuvDTe
Please let me know if you have managed so get this done.
For a homepage without the latest articles section you have to use the default page template or the page builder with title.
Thanks
Hi,
I have also tested this and noticed the same behavior. We have this on our issue lists and we will try to fix it asap.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
This happens because you try to access the theme’s index.php file directly and this is caused by the theme’s inability to locate the WordPress get_header function as it dose not passed trough WordPress when the request is made and in that case the function doesn’t “exist”.
You can read more about this and also have a solution for this here: http://ardamis.com/2011/06/02/fix-for-php-fatal-error-get_header-in-wordpress/
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay! Please make sure you use the right code as this should not happen, use this guide: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
Thanks
Hi,
Please refer to this documentation instead: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-documentation/ ..as the one you’ve pointed isn’t used anymore.
If going trough the documentation doesn’t help you solve your issue please let me know and also provide more details about your issue as I’m not sure I understand what your issue is.
Please also provide your site URL.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes, you can use custom css to reduce the font size on mobile screen view and use the media query that I have paste below to do it:
/* responsive phone */
@media (max-width: 767px) {
}
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that you remove the plugin then reinstall it from the /plugins folder included into theme files that you’ve downloaded from themeforest and also make sure you check this without any plugins active.
Please let me know if you still have this errors after doing this.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this and you would have to do it via custom css. Use your browser inspector to find the classes then use them to change the background color for the container you want via css.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
You can set your background image or color using css like this: http://screencast.com/t/MCxw0zW2Lu
#outer-wrap {
background-color: red;
}
.td-header-bg {
background-color: transparent;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
1. Could please let me know on which mobiles have you encountered this character issues? A screenshor would also help.
2. Unfortunately I can’t recommend you one and also guarantee it will work as we haven’t tested any plugins of this type.
You can use the WordPress schedule system: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/ or a plugin like: Auto Post Scheduler or similar.
For the expire header please check point 2 from this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/pagespeed-guide/
Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
I have checked your site and found that your forum breadcrumbs work the same way as the ones from our demo which point to homepage so I’m not sure what issue you have.
You could try to check this without any other plugins active so that you make sure that this doesn’t happen due to other plugins then check your console for any js errors.
Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
If you can provide more details about what you would want to do, maybe we could find a solution as there are may ways to target those div tags using css.
You can also add your classes but as you’ve mentioned you have to do it all over again after an update.
I will also add your suggestion to our requests lists and we will consider it for future updates.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately we haven’t tested the theme with this plugin so I can’t offer you an accurate answer regarding this. I suggest you to also address this question to plugins support or if you don’t know how to get this done you can hire a developer to do it for you as we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Use this css for the images: http://screencast.com/t/L25693Vu
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.page .td_mod9 .thumb-wrap img {
width: 95% !important;
margin-left: 2.5% !important;
margin-right: 2.5% !important;
}
}
For title fonts you already have them changes via css so you just need to replace them: http://screencast.com/t/upMO5iMk
Thanks
Hi,
The panel setting just hide the author box. To remove it you need the td_module_blog.php file and remove this code: http://screencast.com/t/Yv2bpfLP
We will also investigate this and will fix it if we find anything wrong.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately I can’t offer you an exact answer on that as we haven’t made any tests with any of those plugins but it could be the source of your problems. You could test this if it happens again and remove all plugins and enable them one by one.
You can use them both without worries, you don’t need to deactivate it.
Thanks
Hi,
On our demo there is an empty paragraph tag that generates that blank space. It is not an theme issue, you can also add it using css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/jSBXywvmNYU
Add this custom css in theme panel > custom css filed:
.td_mod8 .td_read_more {
margin-top: 10px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins to make sure this doesn’t happen due to others plugins you use and check again.
Please let me know if you can’t manage to solve this and also send you site’s URL.
Thanks
Hi,
The solution provided by Marius works just like you need it to, just make sure you do exactly as instructed in that screenshot, I have also tested this and worked fine: http://screencast.com/t/VNIqwhf7
Thanks
Hi,
I suggest you try to find a plugin that could help you with this as for creating a template for each author you would need custom work and it is not an easy task.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for that as it hasn’t been designed like that. you would need customization for it which means custom work and unfortunately we cannot offer custom work at this time as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. If you need this and you can’t manage it yourself I suggest you hire a developer to do it for you or get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/
