That loading animation was developed trough js so it will be hard for your to change it or replace it if you do not have coding knowledge, you can find it in theme’s js file here: http://screencast.com/t/aDgWay2VXtr

I have checked this for the newspaper theme but it should work in the same way for the newsmag theme.

I’ll also note this so we’ll discuss this soon and consider about a plugin or a way of linking it to the theme.

I’m not sure if this is what you need but you may find theme views counter under this td_page_views class here: http://screencast.com/t/fYnyXdWjK and this class with its update_page_views method is called, which means it increments the view counters, just on the single post pages templates: http://screencast.com/t/YtOQihCe9pw

Unfortunately as you’ve noted we haven’t made any test on this so we’re not aware of this functionality nor it’s implementations requirements so the best you can do is to follow Chris’s instructions on this and its tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-getting-started-with-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp/

Your implementation requires assistance beyond what our support can offer so for this types of customizations you would have to get in touch with a developer or a freelancer that may help you.

Unfortunately not as we have not managed to do any tests in this concern eventually due to the amount of requests and matters present on our todo list or their required solutions. Sorry!
Currently a mobile theme usability is still not tested for newsmag theme. We plan to develop and offer an alternative solution for this however I cannot give you any additional details on this at the moment.

This is indeed a common wp matter, happening for any theme and/or plugin. If you wish, you can check this using a default wp theme and check this like for example: ..wp-content/themes/twentyfifteen/inc/back-compat.php – http://screencast.com/t/OUaMWTXrFck

These request are picked up by google and indexed as they are accessed however adding a redirect rule for the crawled links that appear in your site’s google webmaster tool and in time they will disappear, you can do a search in this regard on these forums and you’ll find many answers referring to this occurrences.

Unfortunately we cannot provide that quick fix you are hoping for, you’ll have to make your wp configurations on this matter on your own and I’ll also pass this to our theme developers and if they can find a solution we will make a tutorial on this concern and notify you of it, however I cannot give you any additional informations on this at the moment. Sorry!

You can also set your sever to log errors but not display them, you can ask your host about this server configurations option. So in the cases above errors will not be shown just a blank screen.

Hi,

Depending on the module ( thumbs image ) you are using on mobiles the image quality could get influenced as a thumb used on your desktop version of your site at a 250px wide for example on mobiles it could get stretched to reach the full width of the screen ( view-port ) to, let’s say, 500px therefore it will get stretched and lose its clarity.

The theme shouldn’t influence your site’s indexation so this is not a theme related matter, try to find solutions to this behaviour online and let us know if you have that it has any relation to the theme.
