For all following this topic and having the same issue please make sure you reinstall the tagdiv composer plugin then remove the connected Instagram account from theme’s panel > social networks section then use the “Connect Instagram Account” to reconnect your Instagram account.
@saggel Hi,
The v7.6 fix: facebook videos that are in the content of the post now work and resize as expected approaches and fixes content facebook videos iframes which when includes the full post, like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/WSXbE6cdzg the text content of the video was hidden by theme’s fb video resize.
Theme version v7.7, currently available, treats facebook videos like a default wp theme does and the previous implementation concerning fb videos which resizes in content fb videos was removed because of the problems it causes.
In our latest update on this we have decided not to alter the post content facebook embedded iframes so we have updated the fb in content resize script and adopted the native behaviour concerning it.
If you need to revert to the previous behaviour you can simply replace this code: https://www.screencast.com/t/58LZEkPuI with this one: http://pastebin.com/EzRJ6Rx2 like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/pvuv20vaBrvm > this will bring the old behaviour back.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I understand however I’m not sure how to recreate this. Based on your description I have added an image using wp’s media library, filled all details title/alternative text.. then placed in a post editor page and still found the image details there so I’m not sure where you’ve seen an issue with this. Please let us know and also try this using a default wp theme and let us know if you get the same results.
These are my steps:

Hello all,
Unfortunately we could not managed to yet find out exactly why this translation loading from theme’s panel is happening. We will continue to investigate it and fix it as soon as we figure this out!
@gos_ant Thanks for the info, we will look into it!
Sorry for the inconveniences!

Hi,
It could, but you would still need to show the code based on the device your site’s view uses so you would need to add and load all your ad versions and show them based on device’s width.
Other way would be if that banner would be responsive and auto adjust based on the device.
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Hi,
You could have a look at how theme’s post tags are added to post’s page: https://www.screencast.com/t/VgHy7dPC
You could then arrange them into an array and sort them as you like before outputting them.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe you refer to the post view counts that apper on your admin posts page: https://www.screencast.com/t/trM5L58t because if you disable the this feature from theme’s panel > post settings, like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/GMaycJmJ then the view counts will not appear anymore: https://www.screencast.com/t/MKO4INeQ
To remove the admin area views column just comment this code, like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/42U6Sf2aV
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi Paolo,
Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no tested alternative for Visual Composer and the newsmag theme, sorry. The Visual Composer plguin was tested and is tested regularly with the theme and, despite it’s large we have not noticed any similar behaviour to what you have described. The freeze you mention could be happen while using other plugins and might have an impact on this situation. Try without plugins and see how to goes.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
You could try to change theme’s implementation for this, and alter this end_page variable here: https://www.screencast.com/t/uDbbUjCSuZ
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide all steps and the code you have used to do this so we can review it and hopefully we will find where the issue is.
Thank you!
Hi,
Your ad code loads an code with specific sizes which force the banner to not fit the page. I could not find a simple solution to have it fixed, sorry. You could address this to your company and ask them for a responsive code.
Thank you!
Hi,
I can’t recreate this on my side so please provide wp access via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have a closer look at your site’s theme configuration.
Please also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
Hi,
Try to use theme’s adsense ad size settings and specify the sizes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
You can use the same adsense code for all theme’s spots and control it using settings.
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you!
Hi,
You can try to check this with all plugins disabled and also make sure that you delete all caches. If this does not work you can try and re-upload theme’s files via ftp.
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you!
Hi,
That should not happen, could you please also provide some examples of this behaviour?
Thank you!
Thanks Edward!
@komsak Let us know if you need extra help!
Hi,
You can add it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/be65N1im > https://www.screencast.com/t/w7GgLADtYyB
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
Please give us access to your site so we can have closer look at this because I cannot reproduce this on my side and also test this without having any other plugins active that might influence the outcome.
Address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
Hi,
You just need to edit/add your block then under the ajax filter tab choose the filter type you want to use: https://www.screencast.com/t/GVWzEH9xW
Please note that without specifying some category/author or tag ids in the next field “Ajax dropdown – show the following IDs:” the filter will display all available categories/authors/tags:
categories > https://www.screencast.com/t/4bkRcKgubDT
authors > https://www.screencast.com/t/owBDnBcexr
tags > https://www.screencast.com/t/uwwjC8rS
Also make sure that you actually have post under authors/categories/tags.
Let us know if you need any additional informations on this.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please also test this without all your plugins disabled and make sure you empty all caches and if this still occurs provide wp access via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will have a closer look at this.
Please also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
Hi,
This happens when wp does not have permissions to modify the filesystem directly. Dose this happens when trying to install plugins? If you do not manage your server contact your host provider and ask them if this behaviour can be changed. If you want us to take a closer look at this please provide your ftp and wp admin login details and we will have a closer look at it.
Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
