Regarding the theme’s icons fonts I still see these 404 errors to browser’s console which now I’ve noticed they link to the child theme while this should load from within the main theme. I actually noticed that the whole style loads from your child theme: http://screencast.com/t/sHc48AeMHdqT Have you copied the the theme’s style file to your child theme? In that case you would need to also move the icons fonts to child theme or make sure you move the style back to the main theme and have the child theme configured like instructed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-documentation-newsmag/
Make sure that you test this by switching to thew main theme first and see if this is still happening and let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately that is not possible as you would need to alter theme grid which is not an easy task as you would also have to alter and adapt all theme’s elements/containers to the new width.
We will release theme’s version 5 in approximately two weeks which will have a new grid system with a narrower content width with 100px more narrow than the one available now so you can wait until then and decide on this.

I believe that happens because the theme doesn’t do anything on adrotate plugin’s shortcode it just renders it. Theme’s ad spot custom sizes apply just to adsense ad codes so if you use other than an adsense code there the theme interprets it like this: http://screencast.com/t/XeJBowpQ so you need to configure that ad from adrotate or find another way.

@nelito Each time you update the theme no matter that you sue newspaper or newsmag you need to remove the plugin you previous used and install the ones provide in theme’s /plugins folder – for that theme you have installed and active: http://screencast.com/t/n03Q6vztYXe Those plugins versions are the ones tested and work best with the theme version you have.

Make sure you backup your theme install, WordPress and database also so you can revert if something goes wrong and go ahead on installing the plugins provided within theme’s files.

2. Unfortunately those VC column options don’t work but you can add a custom css class to that row/column you need to hide on mobiles like this: http://screencast.com/t/Y5B0S3wrEcje then use custom css to hide that row on mobiles or the viewport you want like this: http://screencast.com/t/69cIbmxcW
This is the css I’ve used you can set the “ttt” class your self and sue the css below to hide it and place it in theme panel > advanced css on the device you need to hide it.

3. That unfortunately can’t be done easily as the theme isn’t designed to support blocks in the header. @pbn Unfortunately the current Shim plugin isn’t designed to also work using the newspaper theme its configured for newsmag theme only. It will be compatible with newspaper’s version 5 though and can be used then. Until we have the theme’s version 5 ready and released you can revert to a older version of the VC plugin which isn’t causing issues and let us know via email at contact@tagdiv.com if you need us to send it to you.

I haven’t managed to recreate this using the latest theme version (4.6.3) could you please provide more details on this so I can reproduce this on my side or provide a link to your site so I can inspect this issues and provide a more accurate answer on this. You should also make sure that any of these issues aren’t happening due to a plugin you use and test it without having any active.
